Hands working through campaign ideas and documents at a desk

Independent paid media agency / Sheridan, Wyoming

VELOS Media Group.

Paid media strategy and campaign management for B2B and e-commerce businesses, across search, social and native advertising.

Our perspective

Media decisions should have a reason behind them.

The value of a campaign is not in how many channels it occupies, but in how clearly each channel serves the business behind it.

VELOS Media Group works with businesses that want a considered approach to paid acquisition. We begin with the offer, the audience and the commercial context—then determine where advertising can play a useful role.

Our work brings planning, campaign management and review into one continuous process. We prefer clear scopes and candid conversations to broad promises or one-size-fits-all playbooks.

Areas of expertise

The channels, chosen for the task.

We consider how each platform fits the audience and the objective, rather than treating every platform as a default recommendation.

01

Search & commerce

Google Search & Shopping

For businesses looking to meet existing demand, we plan and manage search and product-led campaigns with attention to query relevance, account structure, product data and budget decisions.

Search intent · Campaign structure · Product feeds · Ongoing review

02

Paid social

Meta Ads

Across Facebook and Instagram, we shape campaigns around the offer, the audience and the creative. Testing gives each decision a purpose; reporting keeps the next decision informed.

Audience planning · Creative direction · Campaign testing · Reporting

03

Native advertising

Taboola & Outbrain

Native placements can introduce an offer in editorial environments beyond search and social. We consider the destination, message and placement together before scaling activity.

Placement strategy · Message alignment · Landing-page review · Refinement

E-commerce advertising

From product discovery to a measurable purchase.

We support online retailers with paid acquisition—not storefront operations, fulfillment or the sale of products. The work connects product information, campaign messaging and the purchase journey.

Discuss your store

Product data

Review the product feed, catalog structure and eligibility for relevant shopping and social placements. The retailer remains responsible for product claims, pricing and availability.

Campaigns

Plan and manage Google Shopping and search, Meta catalog campaigns, and other agreed channels according to the offer, audience and available budget.

Measurement

Review conversion tracking, attributed orders, advertising cost and return on ad spend alongside margin and return data the retailer can provide. Platform attribution is a signal, not a guarantee of incremental sales.

Engagement model

Paid on performance, with the terms defined first.

For suitable projects, a portion or all of our agency fee may be tied to an agreed outcome. This is a service-fee arrangement for campaign work, not a promise of revenue, leads or return on spend.

Discuss an engagement

No undefined “results.” Before work begins, both sides document what counts, how it is verified and when any fee becomes payable.

The qualifying event

An eligible sale or qualified lead, as specified in the written agreement; invalid, duplicate, canceled or refunded events are excluded under those terms.

The measurement basis

The agreed reporting source, attribution window, baseline if relevant, review process and access needed to verify events are set before launch.

The fee and timing

The rate, any fixed component, reconciliation period, invoice timing and treatment of adjustments are agreed in writing for each engagement. No universal rate is advertised.

Media spend

Platform advertising spend is separate from VELOS agency fees. Who funds the media account and any spending cap are specified in the agreement before campaigns run.

Availability depends on the business, tracking quality and a mutually agreed scope. We do not guarantee acceptance or outcomes.

How we work

A defined process. Room for better questions.

Advertising is a sequence of decisions, not a single launch. Our process keeps the purpose of the work visible from the initial brief through ongoing review.

Creative materials, notes and working documents arranged for review
01

Understand

We start with your offer, commercial priorities, audience and existing marketing activity. The brief should be specific enough to guide the work.

02

Define

We agree on channels, responsibilities, deliverables and a working cadence before campaign activity begins.

03

Execute

Campaigns are built and managed against the agreed scope, with attention to creative, targeting, budget allocation and measurement.

04

Evaluate

We review what the available data shows, identify open questions and use those findings to inform the next round of decisions.

Working principles

Clarity is part of the work.

A scope you can understand

The work, responsibilities and priorities are discussed before an engagement begins, so expectations are not left implicit.

Decisions with context

A metric on its own rarely tells the full story. We connect campaign observations to the objective and the conditions behind them.

Appropriate channel mix

Search, social and native media each reach people differently. The mix should reflect the business case, not a fixed formula.

No guaranteed outcomes

Campaign performance depends on many factors. We focus on disciplined work, transparent communication and evidence-led adjustments.
